Frances J. Fowler

Fran is President of Fowler Healthcare Affiliates, Inc. and has over 35 years’ experience in healthcare, including both healthcare management and consulting. Her consulting experience encompasses projects in strategic planning, product development, facility design, governance, and operations. Fran has worked with more than 500 domestic and international clients. Her clients have included integrated multi-provider health systems, academic healthcare systems, community hospitals, and specialty service providers, including physician practice groups. Fran assists clients in achieving success through well-grounded planning and implementation that combines business acumen and clinical skills.
