Maureen Kelly
Maureen Kelly is recently retired as the Business & Community Liaison for the Aging Division of the Atlanta Regional Commission, which is the Area Agency on Aging in the 10-county Atlanta region. She holds an MSW from the University of Georgia and was responsible for programs in the areas of advocacy, marketing, development, transportation, senior employment and public-private partnerships including the Metropolitan Partnership in Aging. She is the founder and President of the Thanks Mom & Dad Fund® which is a foundation created to support aging programs and services. She is past President of the Georgia Gerontology Society and the Georgia Older Worker Network, member of the 2004 Regional Leadership Institute Class, 2010 Gwinnett Senior Leadership Class and serves on multiple boards including the Metro Atlanta Workforce Board and Fulton County Workforce Investment Board.
Maureen and her husband live in Lawrenceville, Georgia and have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren!
